Urchin ID

I just got this Urchin and am amazed. At first I thought my eyes were deceiving me and put my camera in the zoom mode and WOW! It has all these colored dots that actually change colors, intensity. As far as eating algae, this urchin has a nonstop appetite and is always moving regardless of day or night. One downside is it completely eats 100% of algae on my rock leaving the rock almost bleached looking. The LFS said it will get big but otherwise had no other information.
What species is this?

Long spine black urchin ?

And yeah grows very big apparently but also read often classed as reef safe ,not sure how they don't pierce everything though ha ha
