Urchin plucked a Paly…

So my tuxedo urchin snagged a paly head off a small colony…any chance you think I can free it and re-plant somewhere? And if it would survive if I did?

Or even more crazy, leave it and see if it can survive on the back of the urchin?!?

Either or. I'd leave it personally. It will fall off eventually though and likely be lost so if you value it, pull it off and mount it on a plug.

Plucked it and put it on the substrate next to its original colony for now. Also had to save a trochus snail stuck on the urchin, the critter is really hoarding around today!!!
