Urchin spin on fish.

well I've never seen that. my royal gramma has a tuxedo urchin spine stuck between his eye and nose.
It doesn't seem to bother him.
Is there any particular risk in just waiting?

It will work its way out. Dp nothing which can pose injury to fish if pulled out
