I got a pin cushion urchin today I’m hearing a lot of mixed things and now I worried don’t want to damage any coral and stuff some help and advice would be greatly appreciated

Urchins tend to be algae eaters and don't do much damage, if any, by eating. However, so act a bit like bulldozers as they move over the reef. And some like to pick stuff up (like coral flag plugs) and carry it around as camouflage! Not much you can do about it now that you have the urchin. Mine went in the refugium!

Good luck.

Epoxy is your friend with coral movers.

super glue has high tensile strength and low shear strength. So as something moves laterally through through your tank can break the bond. Epoxy is easier to do precision placement as takes about 15 minutes to form a semi permanent bond, super glue takes 30 seconds underwater.

I have a tuxedo that is an upstanding reef citizen. My first urchin was constantly picking up frags and dropping them from high in the tank which killed atleast 1 frag (damaged). If everything is glued then you will be fine.
