Sorry to hear you have trouble.

How long do you have it?
Any changes in the tank?

you may not able to save it but better to find out what happened either way.

I would set up a hospital tank as quickly as you can and transfer your affected fish into it. Remember, a hospital tank can be a tote or a garbage can: all that's required is water flow (for proper oxygenation) and a heater. Filtration in the form of a HOB filter will further assist oxygenation. I personally try to add as much flow as I can in quarantine; all my losses have come in situations with insufficient flow.

We could probably use more info on your tank - like how long has it been set up and your parameters.

But for starters, rabbitfish/foxface do change colors when spooked or harassed. And from your description of clown being electro shocked, I'm guessing he spooked the foxface and got stung. The foxface dorsal spines are poisonous. See attached

Nothing sounds concerning to me other than seems your rabbit got spooked. I am guessing your clown looking like it got an electric shock is the normal "twitching" behavior that many clownfish display. Seems to be related to showing dominance or submission....not really sure to be honest other than it is not abnormal. Not all of them seem to do it but i have had several over the years that did.

That’s more than a little rude. It’s just as easy to provide helpful information without the condescension.
My apologies. It was meant to be rhetorical rather than an individual callout. I never meant to be rude. It looks that way if you read it in a negative tone.
