I have noticed my tank is losing water today I figured out that I have a small leak from under my tank. My tank has been up and running for about 7 months now have some fish in it along with cleanup crew. thinking about going to the local pet store and buying a new tank and moving all my equipment from one tank to the other and just introducing new live sand will be using the same live rock and filter system. Will I have to cycle the fish tank all over again or will i be fine just transitioning one tank to another? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No you'll be fine. Use the old tank water and live rock and you'll be ok.
When you transfer use power heads to keep it all circulating.
Adding live sand is easiest too.
