Urgent HELP: Spiney Box caught in powerhead

I’m still relatively new to this but I need some help, over the night (I don’t know when) my spiney box got caught in the power head and I was able to get him out. He now looks like this, what can I do to help him??? He has something hanging out and I have no clue what to do about this.

It has been several hours. If the fish is still alive, turn your lights to all white and take a video of the fish for a few minutes. Upload it to Youtube and share the link in this thread.

Sadly he has passed, he swam around for a while but was struggling then got caught on it again when I left. So I unplugged it completely for a while. Ended up not making it though
