urgent. help with BTA

hey guys i have a bta in my reef tank that just won’t seem to open up. i adjusted where he is and put him near my frag tray which is also next to my filter and he seemed to be doing better but he never fully opened up. he started moving a lot all over the tank but i don’t know what to do. need advice.
 
by moving it i mean while it was attached to the rock by the way guys!!
my tank is 4 months old and my nem was doing really well in the beginning i recently added another nem as well which is also doing just fine
my inhabitants are
foxface rabbitfish
2 rose tip bta
snowflake eel
two clowns
1 haitian nem on the other side of my tank
henny
tiger goby
3 spring damsels
splendid dottyback
coral beauty
bicolor blenny

Get a second opinion taking a water sample to a trusted LFS that does not use API test kits and see what readings they come up with. I suspect numbers are higher than shown

Belated Welcome! Glad you joined. Already good advice here given earlier.

Have you considered starting your build thread? I found its a great place to document my tank's evolution for myself. I started tank first then joined, so I'm still finding myself going back collecting pictures & updating historically as well as current state. Once you create your first post in your thread and link it to your account, they will give you build badge (look left, under my ID)
