Assuming nothing is clogging the plumbing... It looks like the return pump needs to be cranked up a little. Is it a vectra? What do you have the controller set to?

Any additional info you can provide would help people help you. What do you (being the person physically there, seeing details we cannot) think is going on?

For help please give us some information. Context what we are seeing.... Don't just post the picture and expect us to know what it is that we are seeing and especially when it is not working. The title of the thread helps too, what is it that you need.

Anyway
If the picture is that of the sump with two return lines, then the return line is not return water. It is your return pump that is a problem. If the return line is blocked the tank would overflow and the water level in the sump would be low.

Thank you,

It all started after I placed a ball of chaeto in my refugium.
I opened the vectra and a chunk of chaeto algae was stuck in propeller. How can I avoid chaeto from getting into my return pump

Thank you

What about the cheato that made it in my tank? Should i clean it out or leave it as is?

Clean out what you can. Herbivores may eat the rest. Can you post a clear pic showing your sump set up. My fuge is in the first chamber and skimmer in the second. Then large foam bubble trap before my return 3rd chamber so chaeto can't reach my pump but does get to my skimmer a little.

Here it is

Here it is
Take a small tape measure and run it through the lines and see if you encounter any restrictions. The end of the tape should obviously come through
