Urgent ID needed

I believe i have found a cone shell snail in my tank, i plucked it out and threw it out, maybe it wasnt but i wasnt taking any chances

Strombus maculatus, mini conch and a great addition to your CUC, not a cone shell, but a herbivore that reproduces readily in your tank, hopefully you'll find more and leave it in your tank.

Oh thats good to hear, i just completely freaked out and didnt want to risk it and i didnt like having something possibly dangerous in the house sorry

It's better to be safe, you can always put something in the sump or a cup of tank water until you identify it next time. It's a learning process and you never stop learning in this hobby. [emoji16]
