Urgent .. is this velvet?

Broke my own QT rule...as every fish has been put through the standard QT as outlined on here. I bought a pair of mandarins at a local coral show. Guy said they were a retired breeding pair he had. I put them in my DT. Big mistake. They died in 5 days. Full of slime and white spots. I pulled everything from DT. Started copper power at 2..25-2.5. This is the 2nd week and my tangs look horrible. Tried fresh water dip.. ran GT twice. Water changes with pre dosed copper. Thought I had ich maybe flukes to. There not getting better. My big naso is unaffected. I’m not sure what to do next.

Yes unfortunately looks like amyloodinium to me, my preferred method of treatment is CP chloroquine diphosphate

maybe others will chime in on their recent successes of treatment using different methods, but CP has always been my go-to.
