I bought a Ultra rainbow nem few weeks ago, acclimate and introduced to my tank. After two day trying to find it sweet spot, it disappeared. I saw it again yesterday, look like it bleaching, color almost white out with little pink tip. Is it treat able? how and what to do?

Can you post pics? What size tank and lighting system? Water parameters?

I don't have it picture as it hide under a rock. I have another four nems and they are doing great. This nem was healthy when I first got it (I got two at that time and other is look good so far). Last week I just got another Rainbow nem from a local trade and he doing fine, he stay at the same spot for a week.
my tank info:
120 g with 2 Radion light at 55% intensity for 8 hrs /day.
SAL: 1.025
PH: 8.0
ALK: 1.0
CAL: 470
MAG: 1500
Nitrate: 0.5ppm
Phosphate: 3ppm

so long as the anemone was in good health, it should be OK. was its mouth nice and tight? does it appear to be just completely hiding in the shade but extending tentacles? I had a rock anemone do this. it hid for almost 3 months. was Ghost translucent white. within 3 weeks of walking back into the light it colored right back up. I never fed it during this time.

Um... how did you test that phosphate? was it .03ppm? because if its 3ppm, you should have some helacious algae...
