looks like you need to contact customer support. You can always try the unplug and let the unit stand for 5 minutes and plug back in method.

I'd begin by unplugging it, pulling it out, and taking it apart to thoroughly clean it. Reassemble and see where you're at.

The impeller is covered in some kind of calcium deposits I hope this is all it is thanks guys

@jsker and I will send you the bill. Luck for you it didn't require a house call.:D

Mine was doing that and it turned out to be the power supply. At first I could get it to work but it would only work for a little while . It was at start up. The power supply didn't have enough juice to get it going. Once it was going it was fine. Finally I couldn't get it to start at all so I ordered a new power supply and it has worked ever since. I actually ordered 2 power supplies so now I have a backup. My power supply (the old and the new one) gets pretty hot so I think it just fries itself.

I just found a job application for tech support:p:p:D

I had the same thing happen. I soaked mine and still the same thing. Had to send it to them and they sent me one. Sorry for the news but the truth.

My gosh, that looks just like the Waveline pump I have, but has the white body and blue fittings.....VIDEO.

Yes, holding the black portion, the yellow impeller and magnet should rotate.

Soak it in vinegar overnight.
