Yep - 52 grams. seems like a lot, but I checked it twice.

I posted the math. Here is another way to look at it, the tank is 2,082 Liters x 15mg is 31230 mg and the tabs are 300mg chloroquine/500mg which makes it 52050 mg or 52 grams

so 450 + two 75g sumps (half way filled, so really each sump has 37g) - subtract LR 400lb & sand (approx.15% vol) = approx. 445gallons. So 445g x 15mg = 6750/266 = 25.37grams. sounds right?

You need to adjust for the concentration of chloroquine by dividing by 3 and multiplying by 5 which gives you a dose of 42.3g
