Hello,
Hey nobody lol should take candy for any stranger lol stranger danger. You guys crack me up, lol are you guys hinting at me getting a different car lol, and sorry no vans for me . I have a hard enough time driving a Jeep and I can see out of that one in every direction, could one invision me driving a windowless van, except the windshield and side mirrors, not s pretty vision.
Oh I so don’t miss those 24 hour work shifts, did my first one again last night from 8pm to 8pm and so tired. Having this week and half or two off was nice. But now so regretting it because normally that shift flies by, I feel like I was there a month straight.
But on the bright side lol I haven’t killed my new acans yet and all my fish blew kisses at me. They said feed us, we are so hungry. I should get one of those kiddie cameras so I can watch my tank while at work lol. I can see it now, are you paying attention, umm yes I am, then why did you stitch this guys hands together, oh oops I was watching dory .

Why Would anyone work 24 hour shift. Tell them NO.. It seems dangerous ,You can NOT Have my Van. my van is my van not your van.. It has Windows on the back by the way And I AM Not much stranger then usualHello,

Nurses do that stuff, they usually have 12 hour or so shifts, now how many hours sleep they had when the doctor prescribed that medication. .. not a bad idea..

Some facilities require the 24 hour shifts, other examples would be maternity wards or icu sections, or nicu, and trauma centers. Honestly, one is so busy usually it flies by like most of the time. They genenral scheduled us only three times a week so four days off. The bad side of that is, since most are always short handed, some of them work 12-16 hour shifts 7 days a week. I kno some of my co workers in residency lol just sleep in their office.
Finding a vein or starting iv are normally done by the nurses. Usually senior nurses who usually only do 8-12 hours have pretty much resolved or figured things out before we get there. When doing medications, we have a system that will tell us if it conflicts or not, plus usually more than one person is reviewing a chart. As some think I’m crazy the 24 hour shift isn’t all that bad unless you have been off for two weeks.

I usually work (Physical labor type work) 4-5 hours a day. I do estimates, Invoicing Billing and so on Mornings and Evenings.. Often I Meet with Clients on Weekends at there Convenience . So maybe my job is 24-7 .

For me the difficulty is working unusual hours. I was working 5pm-1am, and now working 10pm-6am. As a freelancer I need to keep work lined up no matter the hours. Lately I have been finding steady, longer term gigs. The worst is when I stack them together at all different random hours that change each day. Working in television most of the best paying live events, like sports and national news, are during prime time. The shifts are usually a reasonable length, just random or often late hours. As I get older it is tougher to adapt. Having young kids and a dog with that are also a challenge. Still, it is nothing compared to what Sarah does.

Urgh so tired lol but hey this time I managed to stay awake long enough to umm not fall asleep on the couch while my dinner was cooking. At least my pizza is now one with the oven lol ops. Good thing there is a self clean mode,
Because that would take forever to clean.
So friendly reminder to not make pizza if your tired,, but I thought I would stay awake a little bit because I took a hot shower. Nope, I think I fell asleep 13 minutes into my Disney movie lol. All I remember is marlin was swimming after Nemo and the boat. Of course doesn’t help that I have to do a 12 and do my normal shift tomorrow again. But I get 12 hours in between and 8 hours of sleep. Well as long as no one rings the door bell, or loud cars etc.
Was called today about my new tank they are off like three weeks so almost Xmas time and it will be sent to me. Not sure how it will handle the extreme cold but heard they are packed well. Which means I’m really behind on planning everything for this one. It doesn’t help that I still can’t move full range yet, and when a book seems heavy, moving water and live rock seems really heavy lol. As usually my dear followers have made laugh and smile today .
