I had a coworker who lived on the outskirts of town but still in a subdivision. His neighbor bought goats so she wouldn't have to cut the grass. They got lose and were hanging out on his car. Did thousands of damage. Could you imagine explaining that insurance claim? She eventually had her goats removed by the city.

We live inside the City limits . Its a Small left over residential area with only 3 dead end streets. We are at the end of the middle of the 3.. our neighbor has everything from Chickens, Goats to Horses . Rabbits and who knows what else. They actually a sometimes in the summer will ride the horses up and down the street being followed by Goats and Ducks..
None of his Animals have gotten loose.. Well a Horse did a few years back but was just hanging out in there front yard. We also have wildlife due to a wooded area and Creek behind our property that is a GIANT Storm water drain... it goes about 5 miles to the river . Deer cross the river and come up thru there to forage ..

We have lots of hipsters raising chickens here in upscale neighborhoods. Maximum of 5 are allowed. They are obnoxious and stinky. Don't get me wrong, they are fine on a farm, but not where they annoy your neighbors.

The mini chickens give you mini eggs. Yeah, they taste amazing given the chicken has good feed and free range.

But Gawd, chicken manure stinks.
Bunnies are re the way to go for fertilizer. You can use it straight from the source.
But they are just too cute to eat.

Organic and free range is just depressing. They taste so much better. It's crazy to think about the differences while I'm eating $5 Costo rotisserie chicken so I can afford my organic milk.

Ha ha ha ha ha! That is the best response ever! I just meant I grew up around farms. They had cows and roosters too. Milking a rooster is like a trick you play on the new farm hand.

Hello friends,

So after an exhausting week lol and it’s only Tuesday, or wait what day are we on? Anyway, since my 240 has been up an running my two bubble tips anemonies have stayed put. Then suddenly out of the blue they decide to move, ahhh both of them. I haven’t found my large one yet, but found the small one. He decided to go from the bottom of the tank to the top right in the middle of all my nice sps acros.

So would anyone know why they do this, since they had tons of light, and were always fed every day. Since I don’t want him stinging my acros, I keep rubbing my finger on him to retract. Hopefully, he will move again lol. Sadly where he has attached my tiny hands won’t fit, and I do have small hands.

In addition finally my sps are getting the pretty colors back from my tank going crazy on me. I still can’t figure out why I am getting small cyano break outs. They are however only in the two corners. I have changed the flow and even turned the lights down. I’m not very found of the idea of using chemiclean but if it seems to get worse may have to. Which means sense my protein skimmer is overly sensitive, it will make bubbles. I will have enough bubbles to forever every person on earth to have their own personal little bubble.

On the new side of things my 425 will be done the second week of November yay. So much to do between now and then.

Lol wow I totally didn’t even see page 52 lol about all the chickens . I hate that chicken, so much it’s sooo mean to me. Sunday night I went out to move the neighbors toys out of my yard again. They had some of their scooters laying next to my flowers and plants etc. when I went to move one of them the stupid chicken pecked me on the back of my leg and it literally made me jump out of my skin. Plus he drew blood, and then tried again. Of course I threw the bloody scooter at him, which he ducked. Then I was like ohhh no I’m out of toys to throw at him. He literally tried to corner me, against my house and fence. I finally had to kinda, I guess jump over him. I just looked kinda like a very very intoxicated Batman lol. (Even though I was very sober).

Once I was past him, I did mad dash for the front door lol.
Then the stupid thing literally sat on my side walk, Urgh. I’m tempted to take my nephews nerf gun to it, or borrow a golf club from tiger woods. I love animals, until they try and eat me. Maybe he will run away if I hang a big flourecent KFC sign above my front door.

Call your local animal control. There needs to be one less rooster in your neighborhood.

Okay that’s it’s winner winner chicken dinner lol, stupid chicken has chased me for the last time. I called animal control, and they are gonna take fog horn leg horn to the funny farm, or simply deep fry him.
