Urgh seriously.

Okay that’s it’s winner winner chicken dinner lol, stupid chicken has chased me for the last time. I called animal control, and they are gonna take fog horn leg horn to the funny farm, or simply deep fry him.

Except that your neighbor is friends with the local sheriff.

They are only picking him up to make sure you can't hurt him. Wait till you see him tomorrow!

I am sorry if this sounds insensitive, but it would have been awesome had someone been videoing the chicken pecking attacks! I know we all would have especially loved to have seen your chicken jump yesterday! :-)

We all know why the Rooster Does not like @Sarah24! ... She has omitted the Facts relevant to the Roosters Anger.. This Rooster had a Hen.. A Beautiful healthy Hen. She worked So hard laying Eggs for the Rooster like a Excellent Hen does.. @Sarah24! Got Hungry one Late night after Drinking to much Skimmate (not sure why she likes that stuff) She Had Chicken and Eggs for a Late night snack. Now the Rooster is SAD, LONELY AND OUT FOR Revenge......

I am on the Roosters side in this matter ...

Thank you for reading .

Hello,

So I’m kinda worried lol my bubble tip anemonie moved right next to my Maximus clam. My rock work is permanent and I can’t move my clam. Will the bubble tip sting it to death also. I have been poking him w my fingers to keep the bubble tip retracted. Of all the places to move in the middle of my sps and next to my clam lovely.

I suppose if you are going to keep chickens in the city limits, this would be the way to go.... :D

Always my favorite. I have seen a resurgence of his cartoons on my Facebook feed recently and lots of reminders of Larson’s genius.

Its hard to keep these in a Mixed tank unless you can get it to settle into a spot away from Corals or have the Ability ,room and LOTS OF PATIENCE to move corals away from it as it moves about , whims of the Anemonie... My Suggestions is to re home the Creature

Hello,

@Erica-Renee ehats strange is the both stayed on their Little Rock on the bottom middle of the tank by themselves since the bloody tank started. So I placed everything around them glued etc. Now they bleedin decide oh wait let’s move
To the top of the tank in the middle of the sps field and oh let’s torture the poor clam as we go. Urgh he will either get poked a lot by me or move lol. If not he is history, I like my Maximus clam a lot more. I have had really really successful luck for my first clam and he is super healthy, so I’m leaning towards it. (I won’t hurt the anemonie) I may make it mad,
But I may have to move a rock and peel him off and put him back on the rock or sand bed spot.

Lol @Fin and @Brew12 any thoughts on a bta next to a Maximus clam? And lol I love Gary Larson and the far side.
I have a calendar at work, but better I have some of his books at home.

I put my clam on a small rock that I can move around. Most of the rock is hidden under the sand. The nem will go where it wants. For creatures without brains anemone's sure have a way of being devious.

Hello,

The rock my clam is on, I can move but will have to find another rock similar to it since it’s s platform one. I just didn’t want to rearrange the point cove and the clam is super happy there. I can try and stuff small rocks in his way but I’m pretty sure I’ll have to peal him off. The anemonie will sting the clam correct

Yup, I believe it will.

And this is why I don’t keep nems in my tank. I would love to, but possibly just too destructive for me. I envy people who can keep them and they don’t move. I would likely not be that lucky. :-(

Hello,

Well hmmm, ahhh I thought clams were suppose to attach their foot. I went in to finger annoy my anemonie and my clam kinda moved. So I touched it with my finger and he slid to the side. So I cautiously picked him up zero resistance. Do clams move on their own or did he just not attach after six months. He is super healthy, but he is placed on a **** that is not smooth and has deep crevices. At least I can move him now easily, just have to worry about all the sps the anemonie is still by. Good grief Charlie Brown lol

Oh oh oh lol forgot (love the edit button my tank is officially 9 months old today). Here are pics of my tank at 9 months :)

Looking very nice! Spending your day off in the tank?

I hope to get more done on my build this coming week - in between medical procedures for my wife and mom. I have to get back on the plumbing. Not as easy as it was 30 years ago. Poor eyesight and bad neck and back. I need to get in gear though.
