Hello,

The movie is funny, I like how she turns the older brother into that umm thing lol. @Erica-Renee and @Fin fine but it has to be to the song by right said fred I’m too sexy :) you each can pick an outfit, and you both have to model it. We can put a show on for all to see here on R2R. If I could find away to make the movies older brother compete in his other form I would do that also :).

A Funny story about Current project.

I got a call mid day about 5-6 weeks ago. Guy on the phone asking me about getting a Bathroom remodeled in a House they were moving into. He Said he was only in town for the day and asked if there was any way i could come look at it. I has been working outside all day was all sweaty and wearing Work boots and the cloths i wear when painting. I told the guy i could stop by on my way Home but i was Not really presentable to do so.. So i stopped in talked to them about what they wanted . Measured the rooms and so on.
After a few phone calls and emailing him a Estimate he Said we are now moved in and we are ready to sign a Contract.
I went by there on say Sept 1 and knocked on the door. He Answered the door and Said We DO NOT WANT TO BUY NONE. I said DO What. He then noticed my VAN (ITS A BILLBOARD) And Said OMG YOU Actually DO Clean up.. I was wearing a Skirt silk top and Heels. S

He and His better half Signed the Contract . Wrote me a Check and I am almost half done with the Project .. its only a 40k bathroom but still .. Weeeeeee

Two of my favorite movie quotes of all time are in that movie, but the digital censor will not let me post them here. Bill Paxton is underrated in that movie and perhaps in general as an actor. RIP.

Hello,

@cshplumber did you mean me about the song and movie lol. Your kinda on the right track well sorta, close enough. Before today I had never seen weird science lol, but last week or two I saw Beverly hill ninja for the first time also. Which has the main actor dancing to the song by right said Fred (or whatever his name is). Also you realize it’s a movie silly and those don’t actually go on ones head lol but I’ll support you if you do, and if someone you get some weird science out of it, please let us know lol. But after @Erica-Renee mentioned the dress etc and of course we can’t leave @Fin out, since they were gonna model said dress I figured that would be the perfect song lol. I was introduced to this movie because of the breakfast club, sixteen candles etc. Then some of my favorite actors for humor was Robert Downey jr aka iron man and didn’t know it was one of his first, or Bill Paxton’s either or the other two in it. Of course I was the one who ended getting Kelly Labrock mixed up with Kelly mcgillis aka top gun. But lol I have graduated from movies that are g to pg to pg-13 lol. Can’t believe that movie was Pg-13 wow. In addition after being terrorized by the movie jaws and it’s only pg lol (not sure how that happened) but some of my friends think I would like Jurassic Park (first one), they say not scary at all, and others say it’s mortifying. So yeah we will skip that one lol, maybe watch the Goonies instead :).

Jaws was awesome, before they beat it to death with bad sequels. The movie that traumatized me as a kid was Alfred Hitchcock's, "The Birds." The female lead was Tippi Hedren (Melanie Griffiths mother). I couldn't be around birds for a while. :) Hitchcock could do scary. He also made "Pscycho", which was a classic with Janet Leigh (Jamie Lee Curtis' mother) and Anthony Perkins. Check those out on your old classic film nights. :)

Okay, I'll contribute. A movie that was unnerving as a kid for me was "Trilogy of Terror, with actress Karen Black." I'm not a horror kind of person, maybe because of that movie. Lol.

Original "Jaws", mom and dad took me to see it back in the day, had me having nightmares of the water for years.

Nothing bugs me now. Big boy pants. Lol

The Birds got me too, when I saw it in the 70s.

What younger people do not always realize about Psycho (spoiler alert!!!) is that Janet Leigh was a big star. The movie started and she was In a bit of a pickle. Seemed like an interesting caper (big spoiler alert!!!) then, something happened to her that never happens to a big star early in a movie. Ever. It was unprecedented. The movie was not about Ms. Leigh at all.

My mom was in college when it was released. According to her at her school they had to post monitors outside the showers. It was that chilling.

Yeah, it was all about Norman Bates - Anthony Perkins, who was perfect for that role. I even enjoyed the series, "Bates Motel" on A&E. It did a good job as a more in-depth story (even set in the current time period) to the original. The casting was great, especially Norman and his mother. Didn't have the same shock value as the original, but I thought the writing was very good. Psycho was a game changer for movies and really did not show any graphic violence. Just some blood (which was newsprint ink) in the black & white movie shown going down the drain in the shower and a silhouette with a knife.

Remember the gasp from the audience when the head bobbed out of the boat?
