Urgh seriously.

Hello,

That is true @Fin but lol he is one little goby in a 240 tank which some say is way to big for him. But I can’t find him either and that’s gonna worry me because normally my fish just oh here I am lovin life.
the Goby swam thou the sewer lines into the rivers to the ocean and back up the rives thru the sewer lines and Jumped into the 70 gal temp tank with all my Swimmer Swimmies, Swimming madly at me to hurry up with there new HOME

Today I am Raising the Sagging floor. This is a Issue that has been here since we bought the house. When i set the other tank I just reinforced the wall in the basement and Never raised it.. This time I decided to just do it and Patch the Plaster cracks that ALWAYS happen when you do so.. Floor will be level this evening , Tomorrow i Start building the stand.. All of this is After Laying a Tile shower surround .(Where the money to pay for this stuff comes from )

Anyway Tank stand should be tomorrow evening .. Shadow over flow and drill bit will be here tomorrow .

You are a really busy person, as is Sarah. I am feeling kinda guilty hanging out with you people who have way more energy than me. Well, not that guilty. :-)

I can tell you this is not my normal routine , I have promised to have this Bath renovation done by the 15th. I always try to be done a week early, at least a few days. So i have been pushing a few extra hours a day there and Then all at once this Tank issues came up and I MUST Get the fish back in a PROPER Size home by Sunday. This would be 1 WEEK 3 Large Tangs in a 70 gallon tank . I Think when this BATHROOM Job is done i am going to take off for a week before i start my next project, Right now its looking like ANOTHER Bathroom. The one I am on now is number 5 this year. two kitchens and and and.. Well lots of random stuff.

I am lucky that for the most part i have More work then i can do. I am able to pick and choose somewhat of what i want to do and Who i want to do it for.Being old, Experienced and having a Reputation of doing what you say Pays off

Hello,

Sorry I have been quiet, just lots going on. I did find my little goby under a coral and he is making a mess in the sand bed lol. But where he has been is nice and white sand it’s pretty.
Glad you found your "SAND EATING GOBY" They must be super rare

Hello,

Yes I have a very rare sand eating goby. I know this because where he hides the sand disappears so it’s going somewhere lol. I just have to remember to uncover the corals on the sand bed lol. But I’m glad he is doing good and eating, I have yet to see him come get my normal food.

Shadow overflow is the way to go. I did it with my tank and have no regrets. I had to play with the standpipe heights to get it quiet but I love how little space it takes up.

Oh.. and I don't eat sand or poop concrete. I think I'll stop typing after commenting on that also.

Hello,

I have to get him to come out first but yes I will provide them lol. @Fin isnt going potty suppose to be private lol, poor gobies lol.
You would think so but my watchman goby prefers to come out of his burrow, travel across to the opposite side of the tank and poop there... which happens to be the corner closest to where I sit in the room. [emoji849]
At least he is a hygienic fish, not pooping where he sleeps..

Not sure why you're talking blocks, but here's a little history.....concrete actually cures. It is set within 1 - 2 days; that is, you can walk on it. Takes a month to fully cure (well, 95%+ cured).

Cinder blocks are a thing of the past....actually made from cinders from the coal industry. Pretty much when coal usage dropped off, cinder blocks disappeared. One major difference between the two (other then what they are made of) is that cinder blocks are relatively light compared to cement/concrete block.

Lol @redfishbluefish lol there was a very good reason why I said I’m not a construction genius :). But with that lovely advice I leaned something new today which is always a wonderful thing :).

I saw this on my heater in my tank, is this just normal stuff growing or is this the dreaded dinos in my sump?

Its a Invasion of a Highly Intelligent species from Outer space. Thy grow like this close to a heat source in salt water until they start to hatch. Once hatched the immediately Morph into the Land being bodies 10 feet tall 6 arms and Auger like teeth to help them grind up the being they stick into there mouth. They are very nice creatures other then the fact humans are there Favorite food..
