Love road bikes. My triathlon bikes are amazing. Let’s Ragbrai a bicycle trek across Iowa!!! I’ve been trying to find some people to do it with.

Lasse....they count years differently on that side of the pond? Haha.

Yes - it is so cold up here that we grow slowly - we divide the years with 2.76 :) But it is also that way that my wife use to say - boys only develop mentally to the age of 25 - after that the only differences is the price of their toys. So I´m 25 :)

Sincerely Lasse

Here you go, @Fin

I was on Bozo Circus when I was in 2nd grade. Not sure if any of you ever got to the studio at WGN back then but it was tiny. Also, everyone lined up in the hallway and they "interviewed" kids to play the different games. I played a game where we had to blow a ping pong ball across the floor using a straw. I cannot recall if I won but I did win a VideoViewmaster that came with a bunch of dinosaur slides. I keep meaning to go to WGN and have them make a copy of the archive for me but have never gotten around to it. Good times!

Wait... what... you had color TV? Maaaan, you guys had everything!
Ha! History Lesson: People were buying color TVs when all they could catch was 2-3 shows in color. The first ones that I remember: Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color, Bonanza and The Adventures of Johnny Quest, which was actually on Friday nights in prime time (for only about a year). The rest of the programming was in black & white on color TVs. :-)

If I were a cyclist, I'd definitely ride Ragbrai with you. Oddly enough, it starts in 5 days!

I can relate to that on many levels!! I’m moving over there send me some listings!! ;)

Y'all need an escort in a car for those bike trips, right? I could do that.;)
But seriously these events provide periodic sag wagons with food and fluids, pick up cars and night time arrangements with massage therapists and some sort of entertainment to include comedians, music etc. the issue is they let you park in one side of the state and bus you to the western side to start the trek then him end back on the eastern edge where you left the vehicle. But to have your own entourage and personal driver escort could be trend setting!!!

My wife saw what I´m writing - she said I have to change the age to 7 instead of 25 - so I´m 7 years old :)
