Urgh seriously.

Hello,

I hope this new year is amazing and blessed for you as well. How was New Years?
Happy New Years to you! It was much quieter than I am used to, but that is ok. Made it to 2021!

Happy New year Sarah! May your second year fly by without a hitch! Still loving all your pottery! Your glazes are amazing!

Hello,

So as promised I would get updated pics of my tank. Though not sure if my camera works worth a crap. Didn’t use blues but sure came out blue. :/. But after several set backs it’s been recovering and working to get it back to my ideal version before the dreaded move. I have not replaced corals that I have lost, just haven’t been out. But here goes .

Hello,

So lol non fish related, but mixed and made my own glaze and tried it on a demo piece. Thank goodness I’m still proficient with chemistry. But here is an example and it went past my expectations.

Looks great! Some of those corals have gotten massive!

Hello,

I definitely miss my tank before I moved. But it’s starting to come back. Here soon I really need to buy some more corals and fill the tank back up. Just can’t believe how expensive they are it’s insane.

Prices have quadrupled over the last 16 months and now the blame is on Covid, then will be shippers, then economy, the president, etc. Hmmm- wouldnt be anything to do with greed or " because I can charge that "

If you lived within driving distance I'd tell you to come grab whatever frags you wanted. My tank isn't in the best of shape anymore but it is past time for me to do some more cutbacks.

Hello,

So I sorta had an engineering moment today. 99% of the time all my current USA stuff is bomb proof,
With the one exception of the wave makes every so often. Since I started in 2017 I have lost four. Now today I lost two more (but did).
I was kinda messing around and pushed the little white bushing, bearings whatever they are out. Then I stuck the impeller in for giggles and the bloody thing came alive. So I turned it off, and put it back and it didn’t work. Then I said let’s try and popped the white bushings out again and reversed them. Well it worked not just one, but all six. I was suppose to send these back and they sent me new ones, and then they always tell me to scrap them. Well I kept them in case a part broke or whatever. Now the two that failed are working plus the other four simply by reversing the little white plastic bushings or whatever they call them. So FYI lol

Plastic bushings are the right term. . . You ARE an engineer !!

Eeeeeeekkkkkkk lol no thanks I’ll stick with medical lol. Companies would hate me, I would design everything super simple, like so simple instructions are not needed lol.

Great job! Those are the hardest part to properly clean unless you have jewelers tools. They cause problems in my gyres, too. Normally some emery paper on the impeller shaft and a small circular file to the inside of the bushing does wonders.
If you can do it without making a mess, it can help to actually run the pump in a vinegar bath after soaking it a few hours.

Hello,

Hey friends I have a ton of catching up to do. I went home to the UK for about 6 weeks. My cell service and internet didn’t work well over there, with out me paying 9000000000 dollars per gig. But we have lots to catch up on. Thanks for all the birthdays wishes Inhave it had to a chance to read them all but promise I will. what the heck is with idaho it’s snowing. It has not snowed all winter and I come back and snow. I’m so cursed.

Hello,

Tank is doing good I actually hire a person from the Boise aquarium, I thought I had a better chance of them knowing what to do:/. Oh yes there is nothing better than Uk lol. It was gorgeous there and lots of fun. My parents made fun of me (I have always had an British accent), but now it’s worse as of the moment.
