Looks to be bacterial as these fish generally get uronema. We see this often in tank raised clowns and they remain or go away on their own However you can treat with reef safe ruby rally pro which may or may not helphey guys just got this new wild caught ocellaris yesterday i notice today that she has this bump on her and its a little red not sure what it is can anyone help pls thank you in advance.

This could be "clownfish bruising disease", an unknown issue seen in newly acquired clownfish. Just an FYI - I stopped buying wild clownfish (except a few species) years ago because of the high mortality associated with them, especially ocellaris. Often, they develop Brooklynella, but they also show other issues. A person I worked with back in 1981 who imported fish from Jakarta stopped bringing in ocellaris because of that, so the issue has been around a long time.

All, Over the past two years or so, I've come across dozens of cases on the fish disease forum here of an issue with clownfish that we have not been able to identify. I've never seen it on any clownfish I've had myself, but the issue seems most common on designer clowns, which I don't work...
