I just got the fish Saturday and noticed this when I got home yesterday. I have a good video but can’t get it to upload and play on this site. It was kinda hiding up in a hole in the rocks a lot, but it’s swimming ok.The trouble is, Uronema mimics scale damage and vice versa.
More history on the fish would be helpful:

Do I need to worry about the tank, or is there anything that can be done? I’ve read once it gets in the tank it’s there to stay?
Need to call fish store and let them know?
Are you sure the other damsel didn’t trash it? Damsels do best either by themselves or with a lot of the same species (to displace any aggression) but not two or three.Wow, I was really worried about it getting in my tank! So you’re saying it’s common to have it present?
I didn’t see any aggressive signs.
He was in with:
Another yellow belly damsel
Very small 6 line
Bi-color blenny
Sandsifter goby
Convict tang
They all seem to be fine as of now
