I will do that but how do i make sure it completely eradicated? Since the other 2 fish dont really get affected Uronema But can carry it

You can do so in copper or transfer them to a sterile QT. If they have had at least 14 days in therapeutic copper then I would transfer them to a sterile tank and treat there.

Metroplex is proven to eradicate Uronema. That’s why I would start off in a sterile tank with another round of metro. Unfortunately your Chromis had such a parasitic load and probably internal damage they couldn’t be saved. I dread this parasite for this exact reason but I think starting off in a sterile tank without a parasitic load and a full strength dose of Metro you’d be ok.
