I bought ot last week and it seem like dying. It put it into shade for few days and it did pretty well, but when i put him out of light and moderate flow then it start showing skeleton.

Put it back in the spot where it was doing better. Let it ride and SLOWLY move it into more light if you'd like. Keep the flow low.

Ok just moved him into shade and low flow and seem like it is doing much beter. Thanks for your advice

Oh yeah, thanks man. It is doing pretty well at shade and low flow area, but still not look healthy as normal scoly. My nitrate pretty high like 4-5, so i'm bring it down

Your nitrate level is just fine. Keep things consistent. 4-5 is certainly acceptable. Corals need nutrients too.
