If you want led but don’t wanna do multiple AI prime’s, a lot of people love reef brite. Infact you can run your reef brite with your t5’s.
Thank you! Def. going to check that out. So it's like an "add on" to current system?

It’s not a very powerful light. I started my tank with one and it kept things alive but I didn’t get much growth. It does look nice, but I’d go with something else. Even the IC version has better diodes and 90 degree lenses, but it’s still probably not good enough to keep your anemones happy.

I swapped mine out for a Mars Aqua and the tank growth took off.
Thank you for feedback :) glad I asked before buying I thought it seemed awful cheap.

If u can afford something else I would strongly consider getting something better. I had two 48in ones and wanted to up grade few months later. I still have them but added a 4 bulb t5 fixture and see a huge difference. Best luck

I forgot to mention, even if you want to stay around the $100 budget for led’s mars aqua and viva make nice black boxes (which are adjustable ) and sell on amazon :)
Thank you!! Really appreciate the suggestions :) I'm going to look right now on Amazon for those and check out "reef brite".

Steve's lights seem pretty popular but $350 looking like saving up to get something real good vs. something cheap def. can't be cheaping out on lights IDK what I was thinking.

At that price range, get a hydra 26hd or a new 32

Is there like an "add on" reef brite led? Not sure if something like that even exists hoping so - thank you for your help/suggestions :)

No. For the price you’re better off getting an Ai prime tbh.

I had current lights and they are no good for growing corals.
You are better off buying “Chinese black box” from amazon.
Viparspectra and mars aqua will grow corals.

If you could spend a little more
The ocean revive are great lights and they can grow anything

Amazon sells all these lights

Thank you. Sorry I'm new to all this. Really what I'd like to get (if even exists) is some sort of LED "add on" that will fit/work with my current set up/hood (red sea max 130d stock lighting - 2 compact T5's and moonlights). LED's give colors such pop :)

If you could return your lights. Return them.
If not sell them. Use that money and buy lights that will fit your needs. If you want coral you need lights that can grow them.
Adding lights to these lights makes no sense.

Replacing these lights is the solution.

I’m bidding on an AI hydra 26 HD currently at $215. All I’ve read is good things about the light what do u think?
