USA/UK cost comparison

Hi again, purely out of interest how does the cost of the hobby compare across the Atlantic?
I've just had an offer of 2 zoa frags(min 5 polyps), 1 paly frag (min 2 polyps), 1 mushroom, 1 star polyp, and another soft coral for £40 ($55) plus £10 ($14) shipping.
Alternatively, 2 green palys, 1 red palys, 1 premium palys, 1 god/peacock palys, 1 magician palys (all min. 2 polyps) for £80 ($110) plus shipping.
Should I buy both of these packs?
Do they sound like a reasonable price?

The first offer sounds like the better deal, but without seeing pictures or knowing which specific corals are in each offer I’d just be making a WAG (wild a**ed guess).
