So, you're selling a 48" Actinic Blue XHO LED Strip Light, if I'm right? BRS sells it for ~ $300, right? I'm not familiar with this light, does it need or come with some sort of a ballast?

Just the led strip comes with small metal mount on each side you can screw onto a t5 light or whatever else you choose to mount it to
