Used 90g Purchase Question (Opinions needed)

I'm thinking of buying a used 90g tank off craigslist for $400.
Here's a list of whats included:

Drilled 90g tank (good condition one small scratch on side, doesnt bother me at all)
Black wood stand
Coralife light fixture: 2x150mh, 2X96WPCs, 4 blue moonlight leds (ballasts and bulbs included, its a hanging model too)
Coralife Super skimmer 125
Coralife RO/DI 50gpd unit (with 30g trashcan for water storage)
Coralife light timer
All-glass sump model 3 (Its wet/dry but I would cut and modify to use with filter sock and remove bio balls.)
Classic MAG return pump
Hydor Koralia circulation pump (dont exact know size)
MISC: test equipment and cleaning supplies
No live rock or fish/corals.

My question is: I have heard sub par reviews on some Coralife products and this tank seems to be consumed by them but the price sounds good. Would this set up be a good deal and worth the money or should I wait around for another deal with better components?
(I want to keep a mixed reef set up with SPS)

For that price i would go for it. At least you can get things started and upgrade from there if you dont like them.

Imo that's not a bad deal.I had the same light before and it grew everything in my tank.I had the same skimmer too.It's a little tricky to dail in but once it does,it skim some nasty stuff.I put the skimmer right inside my sump for fear of it overflowing.I used the light and skimmer for about 2 years and then upgraded

Def not a bad deal. I happen to be selling my 90 gal with drilled return, nice refurbished oak stand with cabenits and a matching canopy, choice of either wet/dry with sump, or a 30 gal custom built refugium, comes with skimmer that Idk name of but is insanely effective, return pump, heater & powerheads. Now the lighting I have is 2 120watt blue reef LED systems with 14K white/ 453nm blue so I may sell them separate but without the LED fixtures I'm asking $450 oh and it would include some cured Fiji LR and a corallife twister sterilizer that I think is 90watts. With the LED's I'm asking an even $1000 or BO. Sorry didn't mean to advertise lol just got me thinkin lol.
