Used AI hydra 26 HD decent option?

I have a line on being able to get two used AI hydra 26 fixtures and one flex mount bracket for $450. The lights have been run for about a year and a half on low settings (owner mostly used for softies and some lps). Should these lights still have plenty of life left in them and a decent value proposition?

I'm getting back into the game after a twelve year hiatus and am starting a 30L nuvo aio system (36"x 11"x13" ) with long term plans being to upgrade to a larger tank (120+) in our basement.

I don't know much about LED fixtures because they weren't really on the scene the last time I was buying equipment, and I'm trying to do research on them but I don't want to miss out on a good deal when I'm trying to gather info, so any thoughts you can offer are appreciated!

Sounds like a nice deal to me. Pocket the 300+ you will save on new lights and mounts and put it towards live stock IMO. I am considering two of them for my 120G and from what I have been told they will be fine for LPS and softies. SPS should be fine as well if placed higher in the tank.

Most quality LEDs will give you 50k hours of runtime. That’s 10 years of constant on at full brightness.
