So it is a USB port and cable then? Apex really wanted you to believe they are special and only buy the aquabus cables.Replacement Ports: Tons of choices....just google. Try to get 3.0 if possible

As far as the cable. that I dont know.....but the port is just a dual USB port. Maybe someone else can chime in and correct me if I am wrong.

Question: USB Cable to APEX
Hi !!! In my APEX gold dont have a usb cable to conections. Can I use others usb´s cables coumons in my APEX or just the recomended for neptunes ? TKS !!! Rob

So plugged in and tested. Powers on and linked.
Judging by the alerts and notifications that I'm missing 14 modules, i'm guessing this wasn't properly unlinked.
Thank you all for help this far, I have some reading to do on the next steps.
