Used apex with rust

So it is a USB port and cable then? Apex really wanted you to believe they are special and only buy the aquabus cables.

As far as the cable. that I dont know.....but the port is just a dual USB port. Maybe someone else can chime in and correct me if I am wrong.


Use this 15 ft AquaBus Cable to connect Apex AquaController Energy Bar and Apex Modules together. This Cable is Male/Male.

NOTE: Although this is a USB type cable, the Apex does not have a USB interface. NEVER plug it into any computer or other USB device or it will very likely cause severe damage to your Apex or the device you connect.

I did some more digging and the answer lies here:
 
It should be. That was one thing I did ask about. I gathered this was a thing from all the forum posts.
So plugged in and tested. Powers on and linked.

Judging by the alerts and notifications that I'm missing 14 modules, i'm guessing this wasn't properly unlinked.

Thank you all for help this far, I have some reading to do on the next steps.
