Found a local commercial business who is selling the tanks from customer leases that have run out. I'm already wary of the condition without going to his warehouse yet. As someone who runs a business I know that you don't replace things that aren't broke. That beine said he is offering "near complete" systems for $10 a gallon. What are some things you would watch out for in the equipment end? How can I identify when a skimmer or powerhead etc. Is near end of life? Think this is a bad idea all together? For the price I can afford to replace some things if they turn out bad.
Thanks everyone
