So i just got this light in today i purchased. For some reason it will not connect when its hooked up by USB. it will not see the light to make any changes, factory reset or firmware. Just says disconnected.
The light comes on when its plugged in. Showing a blue status light its ok and when its unpluggd and usb is still plugged in its blinking white to show its getting power from USB so the port is good.
I talked to the guy i bought it from and he was thinking he had to delete it off his profile but that doesnt seem to have helped either. I emailed Ecotech but havnt heard back. Does anyone have any suggestions. I have already tried the sign out, unplug wait 30sec after power on and all that I seen for trouble shooting.
