I bought a fish tank of of Craigslist and the guy added these Coral but forgot what they are. any ideas?

Yea it's alive but barely. It's receded pretty bad. Keep it in a low flow area. maybe try to feed it something small like a pellet or some meat. Other than that, just leave it be and don't stress it out too much. What are your parameters? Make sure they are stable enough for coral so it makes a speedy recovery.
