Used the wrong water... HELP?!

Update for you guys, it's been couple days now and everyone is fine. I'm running both phosphate remover and carbon at the same time, and everything in the tank actually seems to be doing better than it was. The Trumpet is super fluffy, the galaxeas are getting their color back, and I haven't seen the xenia fall all over itself yet. So I think I dodged a bullet!
