Ok, so I found a few that look useful. I want to post the disclaimer that I haven't really used these yet (which is why I am posting their feedback ratings). Please add those you have found useful. I'm hoping we can get a bigger list than this one.

Coral Reef Parameters - Free - *** and 1/2 - Gives info on reef params, how they impact your reef, and how to manage them. There's a paid version (less than $3) which includes a journal to record info about your reef.
My Reef Buddy - Free - *** - Info search on fish, corals, etc. Local Fish Store finder using GPS and Google Maps. Add tank reminders (feeding, WC, testing levels, etc.) to google calendar.
Reef Ready Calc - Free - *** and 1/2 - Calculate aquarium volume, GPH, sand bed, etc.
Reef Angel Status - Free - **** and 1/2 - Allows you to control your Reef Angel controller from your phone or tablet.
My Mobile Reef - Free - **** and 1/2 - Allows control of your Digital Aquatics reefkeeper 2.0 from your phone or tablet. There are versions out for the RK 1.0 and at least one other variation of the 2.0
My Aquarium Logger - $2.99 **** and 1/2 - Just what it sounds like. Log params, fish, inventory, etc.
Reef2Reef - Free - **** and 1/2 - The best app to monitor the best forum. :-D
Tapatalk - Free - **** and 1/2 - An app on which you can keep up with Reef2Reef and other Reef clubs (and other forums)
POTO's Guide - Free - **** - Info on SW fish, etc. It's a pocket guide to reef life. I actually have this one, and it's ok but lacks info and many fish. Still it's somewhat useful until LA puts out an app.
Saltwater Fish Handbook - Free - **** - Same kind of app as above
Fish Compatibility Finder - 0.99 - *** and 1/2 - Helps you determine which fish will be compatible together. Has FW and SW
