Ok ready set follow

click on ur box next to ur name then u get this

click on profile page

click on the tab for info

click on the box where my pic is

then choose ur photo.
If ur photo isnt on ur phone or u are not using ur phone u can email it to urself then save it to ur hardrive now remember where u saved it(easiest place is ur desktop) and then open up choose file and from there find ur photo on ur hardrive
