in an effort to close this out (in case other's bring up the thread to look at). Few adjustments that I did after these final brackets came in.

First - the safety line. At first, I like the idea of holding the 90 degree angle, but creates issues when adjusting. So, I saw in the kit provided there was a longer screw for what was holding the cover on.

From there, I reattached the cable that came with the lights, this holds the end up, should the bracket elbow give way. And also is east to undo to pull the lights back for maintenance.

From that, setup really looks much cleaner than prior. Would do again in a second. Lights sit flatter, I can pull them back for cleaning. Just need to see how they hold up over time with the salt water.

Last items with this will be cable management. The 6ft power cables on this are too short for the center and left side (just makes it across the tank). I ordered some 14 AWG 15' power cables to make up for this...that will get each light individually down to the APEX unit and get rid of my ho-dunky extention cord.

You can see how even without the cables straightened out...how much cleaner the brackets make this.
