Using bio balls from cycled tank to new tank

Hi! I have a Nuvo 10 right now and I have some bio balls in there for 6 and my Nuvo 10 is 3 years old. I’m now upgrading to a Nuvo 30l and was wondering if i can put in the bio balls into the 30l to help speed up the cycle?
