Could I use bottled ammonia to start off the cycle for my rock? Currently had a prawn in there for about 4 days haven't tested for anything yet but was advised to leave it about a week before testing.

You probably have ammonia already. You just may need to use bottled ammonia as a food for your bacteria if your ammonia goes back down to 0ppm while still having nitrites. If your ammonia drops down to 0ppm and your nitrites are at 0ppm your ready to add some fish and not bottled ammonia

I would test first before adding anymore ammonia.

Agreed. Ammonia's a lot cleaner than shrimp too. Just make sure you get the kind without surfactants.

I did my first ammonia test and looks like there is no ammonia

That's good because it shows the tank is cycling, but you'll need to add more ammonia to keep it going.

these are my test results any advise or just sit it out

I would wait it out. There was an ammonia reading at some point. Your tank is moving along in the cycle process since it is showing nitrite and nitrates.
