My 10 year old diy top off got salt creep inside the box and into the relay. Everything has green corrosion in it. I have a dosing pump that I'm not using at the moment. I'm looking to use it without any float switches. Is it possible to get a daily dosing of RO water consistently for topoff?

There are plenty of members who use dosing pumps for an ATO successfully. As long as you roughly know what your losing a day for evaporation you can match it with the pump. Most Dosing ATO setups do use a controller with either float or optical sensors though. Saves figuring out your average water loss each day which can be very difficult as it might change daily.
