Using fish trap as an anemone acclimation box

I have an acclimation box on order but realistically need something sooner so was thinking of buying a fish trap box to use as an anemone acclimation box (as I need a fish trap anyways). Would this work? See below for the version I was thinking. Could always drill slightly bigger holes for flow.

Yes.....there really isn't much difference between the two other than easier to access doors in the acclimation boxes.
