I just tested after mixing my salt and my calcium is around 535 and alk is at 9.8, are these ranges dangerously high? Anyone else facing same issue with Fritz?

Are you using the blue box or the red box? If it's the blue box, then thay alk is high if your test is accurate, which I have never seen with Fritz. I have seen hight calcium and magnesium levels before (about a year ago), but it was for a short time and they seemed to correct the issue.

I wouldn't be too worried about the calcium number you have. I may be slightly concerned about the alk number, depending on where you run your tank normally. How long have you let it mix? If you mix it longer, the alk may come down some. Also, how sure are you of your salinity number? If you're mixing to a slightly higher salinity, those numbers would make sense.

Using a refractometer which I calibrate with each use. Set at 1.025
Was a blue box of fritz. I let it mix for about 2 hours. Prior to use. Should I do this longer?

I mix mine on Friday, test and dose sat. WC Sunday. It usually is about 1280 to 1300 mag, 400 to 420 cal and 9.8 to 10 alk. I dose the mag up to 1380 or 1400 because I dont dose the tank for that. Then take cal up to 480 and that will knock the alk down to usually 8.3 to 8.5 and then I'm ready for WC. Also I mix it at 1.026
