I just saw this pic by @JUNICHI YAMASAKI in another thread, and wanted to start a discussion of what he's got going and see if anyone else is doing anything similar. This seems like a pretty cool idea to me, and I'm wondering what other effects we could achieve by using lighting or other elements integrated into an aquascape. Maybe @JUNICHI YAMASAKI will pop in and explain what he did and show off a little more info about it. :D

I remember a while back (probably a couple months ago) another user was discussing going bare bottom tank, and installing lights underneath the tank to light it from both sides. User was interested if the corals would benefit from it at all. Not sure if he ever went through with it or where the thread is. But it sounds like a very interesting idea.
