Using Loctite Plumber and Marine Clear Adhesive?

I have been using the GE1 silicone to construct DIY for sump, etc but now see the above
Loctite Plumber and Marine Clear Adhesive. What I cannot find even in the MDS for the product is if this is safe for life... Obviously it works somewhat if used around faucets and underwater applications but not sure if anyone has experience on that....Looks like it would work better for adherance of plastics...

I used this from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Clear-Aquarium-Silicone-Sealant-Cartridge/dp/B00EZB1QQ2 when building my sump. Don't use any silicone that contain "mold inhibitors" or anything that would be used for household plumbing, these are bad for livestock. I would spend the extra $ and not risk expensive reef livestock on "plumber" silicone.

Makes sense. I used GE1 stuff on the first time but didn't know if this would seal a bit better two dissimilar items like polycarbonate and glass. Thank you!
