using NOPOX guide plz

hello everybody
i have been using NOPOX 5 ml for about 10 days in my 80 g lps/fish tank and today i test salifert no3 was 10ppm and po4 was 0 or 0.01 . so guys need your help how to deal with that from now on should i add phosphate? should i reduce the amount the dosage?or....
