Using Ozone properly

Other than the equipment (carbon and so forth) how are people running Ozone?

Running only at night for a few hours?
Running 24/7 with an ORP controller?

Currently my ORP sits at 320 without ozone and 375 or so with ozone. I am only running it at night. Wasn’t sure if I should switch to 24/7 with ORP turn off above 375.

I used to use an orp controller (still have it) but then that was in use with quite a powerful osone generator. I use a much smaller one now and run between 12am and 7am.
