Using Phytoplankton

I am using Phyto in my 200lt softies tank for a while now.
It has killed off the dragon algae and most of the hair algae but I am still getting a fair amount of algae on the glass. How much phyto can I use and how often without doing any 'damage' to the tank. Thanks.

You really can't overdose phyto, your water may fog up for awhile if you have a bloom, but it should clear up in a day.
