Using red sea reef mature after dr tims fishless cycle

Ive been using dr tims one and only to cycle my reefer 250, which is set up bare bottomed and contains 20kg of reel reef rocks ( this was supplied dry here in uk ). I put 2 litres of Siporax in sump on day 6.
Yesterday I did a 40% water change and today on day 21 my tests are,

NH4=0
NO2=0.25-0.5
NO3=100

pH7.95
SG 1.025
26C

Im worried that the cycle has stalled and that I need to do something, I have a box of Red sea mature starter pack and wondered if I could add the bacteria culture from it to get things going again.

Ive not turned my Hydra lights on yet..... Should I

Also should I use the NO3PO4-X to bring down the Nitrates.

Did you use Dr Tims ammonia or some food to 'feed' the cycle?

My initial reaction on the NO3 was that it was a testing error, seems unnaturally high. Do you have another test kit or did it measure that way twice?

Yes I used dr Tim’s ammonium chloride. I’ve used both salifert & Red Sea nitrate test kits and both have given off the scale results. I did read that having nitrite can cause error in nitrate result but after the water change I was expecting a lower figure regardless.
Any other test kits that don’t use the pink indicator may show other result, maybe, I don’t know.
