So I have read and heard quite a lot of pros and cons about using Reef Roids. Any input would be very much appriciated here. My tank is a 90 gallon, and for corals, currently I have4 different Zoa's, 2 different favia, a couple small disco mushrooms, and a photosynthetic gorgonian. How much should I use? Should I target feed? I have read some real horror stories about this stuff raising nutrients and phosphate. Should I just stay away from it all together? Just curious what people here think.

In my experience, it definitely raises the phosphate. Not that its a bad thing necessarily. I struggle to keep nutrients high on my current tank so it works out for me. I just mix some in some tank water and dump it in the tank.

Personally I think every container of Reef roids should come with a free sample of phosguard. I'm not sure of your export methods but for the corals you listed I would say it's not necessary.

I stopped using it and switched to Benereef instead. Similar, but no PO4 spikes and might even help lower it.
